If you booked a return online and used our label, your return was shipped with ground shipping - which can take up to 7-10 business days to reach our returns team. For our international babes, be sure to submit your return on our website and take note of your own tracking information and receipt, as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you! Once received, we aim to process your return within 6 business days.
