WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING UPDATED AFTER 24 HOURS?

We want to make sure all of our customers receive their orders ASAP this holiday season, so our team will be processing orders outside usual business hours. This means your tracking may remain inactive until the parcel is collected by the courier after the public holidays, so please allow up to 3 business days for a tracking scan on orders placed after Friday 24th December.
