CAN MY RETURN BE REFUNDED TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, NOT A GIFT CARD?
Princess Polly can only process refunds onto the original payment method(s) used at checkout for the order you are returning. If you paid for the order using a Princess Polly gift card, your refund will be processed back onto the gift card. Princess Polly cannot refund original payment methods on other previously placed orders.
