WHAT TO EXPECT FOR US RETURNS
Shipping your items back with our printable returns label
Package up any items that you’re returning to us, attach the included label to the top of the package, and drop it off at any USPS location.
All refunds and store credits are processed within 6 business days of our team receiving your items. For store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card. Refunds are processed back to the original payment and should appear within 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance times. Exchanges will process once your items are in transit with the carrier. This will trigger your new order, so get your items in the mail asap! You will receive an email with your new order number and tracking details once shipped by our warehouse.
Please ensure your return booking matches the physical items being returned to avoid processing delays. To amend your return type please reach out to our Customer Experience team asap. Items purchased as a set must be returned together. We are unable to exchange one piece of a set for a different size.
Dropping your items at a Happy Return location
Once you have received a QR code, locate a Happy Returns return bar near you, bring in your items, and you’re good to go! Refunds, store credit, and exchanges will process within 24 hours. For store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card. Refunds are processed back to the original payment and should appear within 7 business days depending on your bank's clearance times. Exchanges will process once your items are received by the Happy Returns team. This will trigger your new order. You will receive an email with your new order number and tracking details once shipped by our warehouse.
