Reviews are approved and posted to our website within one week of submission. It may take a few additional business days to post the points to your account, but if you still don’t see your points after 3 business days, feel free to reach out!

Please note, you can only earn points for submitting a maximum of 3 reviews each month. You can write more reviews, but if you've maxed out your points for the month, you won’t see those posted to your account! 

You must submit the product review via the review request email you receive 21 days post-purchase.
